Returns are not available for those who are caught reselling our products in their own store, Amazon, Walmart or Ebay. This is a violation of our terms of service and negatively affects legitimate customers who rely on properly trained product specialists to answer any and all questions related to Glucan Elite and beta glucan in general.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to start the refund process. Please send us your order number, what you want to return (how many bottles) and the reason why. We will ask any questions if necessary and then send you a pre-paid mailing label and return instructions. Once your bottle(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the refund approval or questions if we have any.
Once refunded, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within a few business days. If you do not see the credit post within 10 days, please contact us so we can review your refund.
We replace any and all bottles of product if they are defective or damaged in any way. This includes broken lids, broken safety seals or busted capsules inside the bottle. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item and a short explanation and we will assist you in the exchange. You will not have to pay for return shipping since receiving a defective product is not your fault!

If you received a damaged or defective item, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item(s) to us.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item back to us and not using our pre-paid mailing label, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to protect against lost packages as a result of carrier error. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you choose to ship it using your own carrier.
